Journal Paediatrics Today is the first paediatrics journal in Bosnia and Herzegovina. It was founded in 2005 with the aim of making new knowledge from the field of paediatrics, adolescent medicine and other related fields available to doctors working with children in Bosnia and Herzegovina.

Journal publishes reviews, original articles, short scientific communications, professional articles, case reports from the following subject areas: cardiology, dermatology, endocrinology, epidemiology, gastroenterology, growth and development, haematology and oncology, immunology and allergology, infectious diseases, intensive care medicine, nutrition, medical genetics, metabolic diseases, neonatology, nephrology and urology, neuropaediatrics, pneumology, preventive and social paediatrics and paediatric psychology. Paediatrics Today also publishes comments on published papers, letters to the editor, book reviews, meetings’ calendars, professional-social and other notices from the field of paediatrics, adolescent medicine and other related fields.
